| Easy Crumble Butter Top Apple Pie Tart
2/3 cup brown sugar 2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter at room temperature 3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla ½ cup sugar
2 tbs. flour ½ cup corn syrup
5 apples 1 pie shell
PRE-HEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES
TOPPING: In a bowl add brown sugar, 2/3 cup flour, butter and mix until crumbly
FILLING: Whisk egg and vanilla until foamy, mix in sugar and 2 tbs. flour, stir in corn syrup.
Layer apples in unbaked pie crust pour filling then top with topping.
Bake for 60 – 70 minutes.
