Crab Rangoon
1 - 6 oz. can crab meat drained and flaked
4 oz. softened cream cheese
2 oz. Mayonnaise
2 green onions sliced plus a few for garnish
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a small muffin tin...take a wonton wrapper and place into each tin section …place a teaspoon of mixture on each wonton wrapper …sprinkle some green onion on top and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until tips of wonton wrapper begin to brown and filling is heated thoroughly.
