Doe’s Catalina Chicken
4-5 lbs. boneless Chicken cut into bite size pieces
1 cup Catalina salad dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 cup apricot jam
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees
In a zip lock bag mix all ingredients, add chicken pieces and coat thoroughly.
In a large roasting pan add coated chicken, cover with foil paper and bake 1 hour, remove foil and bake another 30 minutes. Serve with potatoes or rice and a salad.
