Nothing say’s Ireland more than a piping hot glass of Irish coffee. This tradition sipper, complete with its signature crown of whipped cream, is a perfect ending to a fun day. And don’t forget to make the Irish Soda Bread (pages 40-41)
2½ oz. Strong, hot coffee
1½ oz. Irish whiskey
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 oz. whipped cream
Pour the coffee, Irish whiskey and brown sugar into an Irish coffee glass or mug. Stir and top with a crown of whipped cream and enjoy.
