In a food processor or by hand finely chop garlic, shallot and parsley, mix in lemon juice and butter until thoroughly combined, add a dash of paprika, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Can be made with Fettuccine or served on toasted bread
Fettuccine with Shrimp Scampi Butter
1 lb. fettuccine or your favorite pasta 1 lb. peeled, deveined raw shrimp
In a sauté pan add ¼ cup scampi butter, add shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink and opaque. Cook your fettuccine and strain, add back to pot and toss with rest of scampi butter…Place fettuccine on a platter and add Shrimp on top.
Serves 4 to 6
