Spicy Chili badboybean Style

11/2 lbs. of ground round chop meat
1 pack of link hot italian sausage (remove from casings)
1 bulb of garlic or to taste
1 medium onion chopped fine
 brown meats,onion and garlic
 
add these ingredients as meat is browning
1 can of (15oz) tomato sauce
1 qt. of water
 
 Now  add your spices
2 table spoons chili powder
2 table spoons crushed red pepper (or to taste)
1 table spoon oregano
1 table spoon basil
hot sauce to taste I use a few ounces
1 can of brooks chili hot beans
 
Let simmer and cook down approx. 2 or 3 hrs.
For best results I like to refrigerate and remove the layer of grease from the top next day.
