Strawberry Cupcakes

 

Ingredients:

1 box super moist white cake mix plus the ingredients listed on box to make cake

¼ tsp. red color or paste food color

1 container rich and creamy white frosting

1 box green fruit snack rolls

2tbs. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups (to make the strawberry shape cupcake, pinch in on the side of each baking cup and insert a 1/2 inch ball of foil between the liner and muffin cup to hold in place).

Prepare, bake and cool cake mix as directed on box using the water, oil and egg whites.

Stir red food color into frosting until well blended, frost cupcakes with frosting to resemble the strawberry. Cut the fruit snack rolls into leaf shapes, press into top of cupcake. Arrange the chocolate chips on the frosting to resemble the strawberry seeds.
